Project Framework + Research
We prefer a collaborative process that involves working in harmony with your team to fully understand what it is that you’re looking to achieve. Through consultation we formulate a roadmap that becomes the foundation of our project framework. This is then expanded through research to ensure we are harnessing the ideal tools to complete the project. From there we can assemble a project timeline and budget.
Design Development
Utilizing sketching, physical modeling, 3D design and renderings, we iterate on the agreed upon concept until all stakeholders are satisfied with the design. We then consult with engineering and fabrication to ensure the design is achievable and make any necessary adjustments. This phase is completed when shop drawings are approved by the client.
Fabrication + Construction
We manage the entire manufacturing and/or construction phase to ensure the project stays on schedule and that our obsessive attention to detail is carried out to the highest level possible. This is accomplished by regular visits to manufacturers, site visits and/or samples sent for review. We do not sign off on anything that hasn’t been seen in person.
Finishing + Installation
Once all pieces are complete to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of our client, we will oversee the finishing and/or installation of the project. This is to ensure that the quality of the piece(s) are not compromised during transportation or install. We take every precaution to ensure all of the proper safety measures are in place and that all the spaces we work in and people that are involved are treated with the utmost respect.
Debrief
We take pride in our clients being fully satisfied with our work and maintain ongoing relationships, supporting continued care and maintenance to make sure your project always looks as good as the day it was delivered.
